Divah Sprik Law Notes conducted an interview with Adv. Aishwarye Dubey, Martime Lawyer and Consultant. Adv. Dubey completed his B. A. LLB. (H.) from the prestigious National Law University, Odisha and went on to pursue his LLM in Maritime Laws from Gujarat Maritime University, Gandhinagar.

As a Maritime Strategist, Adv. Dubey specializes in the United Nations Convention on Law of the Sea, San Remo Manual, SUA Convention, Maritime Terrorism, Underwater Cables, Privately Armed Security Personnel (on-board ships) and Floating Armouries. His deep understanding of the maritime commercial laws and security interests of India has not only made him a regular guest faculty in various esteemed Universities and Institutions but also a Member of the Board of Advisors of several reputable Law Publications and Legal Start-ups.

Presently, Adv. Dubey is the Partner (Maritime Affairs) in MNG Legal Solicitors and Advisors and Associate Fellow at National Maritime Foundation.
